Roadie is an awesome app that allows you to make money on the road. Users post different items that they need picked up and delivered. Jobs are listed with compensation, size, location of pick up and drop off and expected delivery time.
Items that I have seen listed to be delivered are; laundry, bikes, furniture, boxes and antique items. Although, you can list just about anything on this app.
Distance of deliveries range from a few miles to 3000+ miles. The majority of jobs listed are long distances and pay a $250+ for delivery.
The amount of money offered for each job is a ride sharing price so if you're headed that way you can basically split the cost of gas.
The app is easy to navigate and has in-app messaging, making it simple to connect with other users in need of a pick up.
If you are looking to earn extra money while you're heading across town or even across country this is a great way to go.
Roadie isn't an app that will create consistent income at this point. But if you're planning a road trip, check in on the app to help pay for gas.
